Shopping for a used car at Sam's was a breath of fresh air! No pushy car salesmen. No hidden fees. Quick process. Alianna was very helpful and friendly. We were looking for a Prius and found one we really liked and it was below the prices we saw at other used car dealers. We'll definitely go back the next time we need a car. And we may use their garage services too! Cannot recommend enough!

If your hybrid vehicle needs repairs or maintenance, Sam's Auto should be high on your list! My 2007 Prius needed a hybrid battery replacement ASAP so that I wouldn't miss classes at my university. Sam took care of my vehicle on the same day I dropped it off. Alianna was very pleasant to talk to over the phone to schedule a time for drop-off, and I never felt like Sam was pushing any unnecessary repairs on me or hiding anything. He even fixed the broken button to open my trunk for free! This was my first time working with Sam after my family's mechanic at J&C Auto recommended him for this kind of issue, and it won't be the last for as long as I keep this vehicle!

Sam and Alianna are wonderful people and have a knack for having vary good hybrid/electric cars always available. I was able to work with them over several months to find exactly the right car/mileage/range/etc to meet my needs. I'll be back for service with them and will always check them out for future purchases!
