I brought my vehicle in today for a state and emissions inspection, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The inspection was failed due to a single fog light being out. I informed the staff that my husband would replace the fog light and asked if I could return afterward to receive the safety inspection sticker. I was then told that they would only allow the repair to be done by them, quoting an outrageous price of $560 to replace a fog light. I was also told that if they did not perform the repair themselves, I would be required to pay for the inspection again. This felt misleading, unnecessary, and highly unprofessional. I left with the strong impression that I was being taken advantage of and pressured into an overpriced repair simply because I am a woman. That assumption was insulting and unacceptable. I expect transparency, fairness, and respect from any business, and this experience fell far short of that standard

Have had two vehicle inspections here, one for an Audi and the other for a Honda. Both were done professionally and with great pricing (lower than I expected for both vehicles). Most recently, I had a punctured tire. They got me in immediately, as I showed up 10 minutes after calling them, and sent me home with a repaired tire within 10 minutes of my arrival. Again, I didn't know what to expect as far as cost - they're taking my car in on priority for a small job where they're likely losing money on man-hours... bill was only $20. Nice to have a place close by that I can trust with my cars and wallet.
