Summary Pros: very friendly Cons: Inaccurate time estimates, overly busy, multiple visits for to fully correct vehicle. Long but honest review. My wife hit a deer back in October and Stuckey was the closest repair shop that our insurance deals with directly so that is why we chose Stuckey. Got the appraisal and everything scheduled to drop my car off. Originally was told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to complete the repair, all depending around if they could salvage the door or if a new door needed ordered. They ended up having the car for 4 weeks and still only repaired the door. When I picked up the vehicle they had not received the bug shield yet and stated once they received the bug shield they would call and we could get it scheduled to be installed, not a big deal at all. Also at pick up there were a few paint marks not on my vehicle before the work being completed. Now Stuckey owned up to them very quickly and repaired them at the time the bug shield was installed... The problem came around my TPMS sensors. During the collision the TPMS sensor at the corner of the collision stopped working. Stuckey never replaced the sensor during initial repair and only troubleshot the sensor when I took the car back to have the bug shield replaced and paint fixed. After that visit all of my TPMS sensors stopped working. Went back had them replace the single sensor and still none of my sensors were working (even the one they replaced). Had to go back yet again for them to troubleshoot and ended up charging me to replace the 3 remaining sensors to get my TPMS sensors working properly. On the positive side the last time i dropped my vehicle off they did provide me a loaner vehicle so I was not stuck there all day as I do live a fair distance away from their shop. So finally after them having my vehicle for an extra 2 weeks costing me the extra for the rental car, and an additional 3 visits my car is finally fixed and seems good so far. At the end of the day everyone I dealt with was very friendly and good to work with, they seem to be overextended with their personnel. Their estimators seem to be moving non stop every time I was there. So to summarize they got 3 stars for the friendly service and the loaner vehicle for the day was very courteous. The added cost for the 3 other sensors frustrating as it is could be due to age but was odd it only happened after they were working on it. The inaccurate time estimates were my biggest frustrations. Whatever they estimate on time at least double sometime triple it. Even when I would go in for something they said would take an hour or so i would be there for 3+ hours.

Took me a little bit to find time to post, but I cannot thank the members of stuckeys collision center enough. They managed to fix up my car so we'll you can barely tell anything happened, and in 2 weeks time no less. As an anxious individual I also appreciated they were friendly, and handled speaking with the insurance agent directly. They were very informative the entire time and I cannot be happier. Thank you to Mike Schnarrs and all the crew for helping fix up my Kia.

Casey and the crew did a great job. From star to finish. He helped clear up insurance issues I was having. He also kept me informed throughout the process. My truck looks brand new. I would recommend them.
