I had an amazing experience at Blue Knob Auto from start to finish! I found a car online and sent a message asking about my trade-in value. They texted me quickly with an estimate, and I was able to schedule a same-day appointment to test drive, they fit me right in with no issues. While I was out on the test drive, they reviewed my appraisal in person and it matched exactly what they quoted online from my VIN. I even took the car out for a second drive with my son, and then got all the finance info and estimated interest rates. I filled out the finance application and got my monthly payment estimate in less than an hour with their best offer. When I came back to pick up the car, we test drove it again, the paperwork was already prepped, and the whole process was smooth. We signed everything and waited for finance to review the documents, I was in and out in under 2 hours, even though they were busy! Huge shoutout to Meghan Imler in sales for helping me through every step of the process, and Kathleen for being so patient and helping with keys and plates for multiple test drives.
