This was my first time using Brian's Towing for a VW Touareg TDI Diesel SUV with frozen fuel that wouldn't start. As a German-made vehicle, they require the utmost care when being transported, not under their own power. Brian himself (the owner) arrived quickly, notifying me by text when he was on his way and upon his arrival. He has a flatbed tow truck, which is just what my vehicle needed. He loaded it carefully and even allowed me to join him in the truck for the ride to the dealership. Overall, the cost was fair, and the conversation lively, as he is a resident of the local Ambler/Maple Glen/Hatboro/Horsham area. They were dispatched by Mercedes-Benz to change a tire after waiting nearly an hour someone came in a private car with no tools didn’t know where the spare on how to change the tire looked around my G class and just left knowing that he’s coming to change a tire rather coming in a tow truck in case if it needed to be towed, he came in a private car
