I went here last Saturday to get an oil change and tire rotation, with a 9am appointment, it took 2:45 hours for just an oil change no tire rotation. The guy at the counter didn’t even tell me they were not going to do a tire rotation until I asked. They were so busy trying to sell me tires. I’ve been here before and use to be good but not so much anymore.

I regularly take photos of my rims before requesting a tire rotation. Three times over the last few visits they’ve not performed the work. I’ll not be returning. Several others have spoke of the same issue in the comments below.
