Very very impressed with luttys chevy warehouse. I have dealt with them time after time building chevelles and usually I go pick up my sheetmetal in person. They open the boxes and dont rush you and they take the time in the warehouse to make sure your fully happy with your purchase. I decided to try their freight shipper.. they shipped 2 doors 2 fenders and a hood and to my surprise the order came quick.. everything was so respectfully packaged and amazingly there was not even a single "normal sheetmetal ding" on anything! Very impressed luttys thank you for your dedication to the business. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!

This is regarding part # 1677 escutcheon tool. This part is being misrepresented on your website. Though I bought from a 3rd party it was drop shipped to me from Luttys. The vender used the image on your site which is the industry’s standard for this tool. What you sent was an 1 1/2” long piece of 1” aluminum tubing with some roll pins installed in it. Not only is it too wide to fit into the escutcheon, also the pins are on the wrong centers. Of course the venders return policy is nonexistent after you accept delivery so in the trash it goes. Very disappointed not only with the vender but also with Luttys for putting this kind of junk on the market. With all the parts that you offer you might have had a new customer, but this is a fool me once deal. Sincerely Sommers Racing & Restorations
