I wish I would have taken the young man's name that helped with today with starting my car. Safeco sent them out to tow my car to the dealership. He got there and was able to start it by jumping it. Talked with me about what the issue could have been. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and concern.

I had a breakdown of my cargo van while in the middle of a delivery. While Mick was able to come out and tow the van to his shop and took a look at it for me, he gave me a price and told me that would be the price if I paid cash. That statement led me to believe that he accepted credit cards and if I paid by credit card, I would have to pay tax and maybe the credit card processing fee. Fast-forward maybe a few weeks later and I decide not to fix the vehicle. I ask him what I owe him. He gives me a price and tells me he only accepts cash because with the credit card people have been charging back after they pay. well, if you didn’t do crappy work or you weren’t trying to take advantage of people you wouldn’t get charged back because you never told me that you didn’t accept credit cards. He also told me that my tow truck company couldn’t pick up the vehicle after hours and then begin charging the storage fees for it even though he told me they couldn’t pick it up and it’s not locked inside a secured area. Long story short, he gets to keep my old Van, which isn’t worth anything anyway, but do not take your vehicle here! Haven’t told somewhere else! That’s probably how he makes his money anyways, just towing.

Distracted tow operators doing 45 on a 70mph zone swerving over the road on i79 if that's how they drive with out towing a car imagine when they towin , i called to make a complaint the moment i start to explain the complaint they just say have a good day and hang up on my face
