Billy and Nick have been phenomenal with all my maintenance and repair needs. They took the time to answer questions and provide advice when I was having issues with my car. Yesterday I decided to sell my car as it was needing repairs left and right. When the dealer pulled up the carfax I was floored to see that Benders had been reporting all of my repairs and maintenance to carfax which helped me greatly during the selling process as I took excellent care of the vehicle. I cannot speak highly enough about the mechanics at this place they go above and beyond for their customers, are highly skilled, trust worthy and honest!! I will without a doubt continue recommending them as much as possible!

My vehicle will only be going here for now on. Had an issue for over a year with my car shaking that another shop replaced parts for but didn’t fix the issue. Billy called me after I dropped it off saying he thinks it just needed balanced and that we should do that before replacing any parts. Wouldn’t you know it that fixed the issue. So happy with how he handled it and solved my issue! Definitely trust your vehicles with benders they have integrity!

Went for an alignment. I picked it up with the locking collars on my tie rods undone, and they told me it’d be extra to fix camber and I’d have to leave it there longer. Camber is part of an alignment, as their receipt even says. Also refused refund for me to get the alignment done right somewhere else. Don’t come here unless you wanna be the one getting under your car anyway.
