Over the years I have always experienced great customer service from Valley Waste. Anytime I call with a question or request, I am met with very caring individuals that excel at their job. Recently, I had a hard to dispose of item and I spoke with Shannon who provided me with outstanding assistance. Shannon went out of her way to make sure my request was taken care of and in good order. Excellent Job! I really can't say enough great things about everyone at Valley Waste! Keep up the great work and I appreciate all that you do.

Valley Waste made a contract with MIDLAND borough. There is no other residential services allowed to come into the borough. Unless it's for large dumpster for debris or construction. They now have limited the amount of household waste allowed to, Two trash cans per household. During the snowstorm last month. There was no way to take our garbage to the curb. The snow plows, blocked our pick-up area. We had extra bags, due to the snow piled up against the curb. With that said, we were refused services that we paid for in advance for the regular service. The garbage collector took a photo of our garbage and they refused to take the extra trash. Too bad the Borough has made a contract with only one service. I've never had an issue with Waste Management. The Borough should make room on 90% of the vacant property along main street, for residential dumpsters. So the residents of Midland Borough can take their extra trash to those dumpsters. I find these regulations that the Borough agreed with Valley Waste ridiculous. It's no wonder that MIDLAND is practically a ghost town. They compare themselves to Beaver.. ? What a joke!! Beaver has a beautiful downtown, full of open businesses and the hustle and bustle of people walking safely to and from different businesses. The abandoned buildings and the open lots in downtown Midland Borough is embarrassing. Now they limited the amount of residential trash pickup. I drove down the street from my place. On average there was 3 to 5 cans of garbage per household. So, I'll bet lots of people will be looking for dumpsters, at whatever businesses are left in town. At that businesses expense..BTW: I have tipped the collectors an extra 20 bucks from time to time for extra loads. I wonder if they reported the extra cash I give the collectors to the Valley Waste Management?

Bring to your attention of an excellent employee you have that represents your company, Shannon help me get organized and gave me the instructions on how to get my toxic waste picked up in a timely manner. She sent me a kits to gather the items that i needed to get rid of. She was of great help and guidance, i would surely want her for an employee, she seems to be self motivated and needs little to no supervision.
