Stranded in the snow after driving over a pot hole in Wilkes-Barre, my first tow company cancelled on me after I waited 3 hours. At 1:30 p.m., I was rerouted to Falzone towing. Initially, they were scheduled to help me between 4:15 and 4:45 p.m. I explained to them the situation that I had a flat tire in the morning, and had already waited hours for the first truck, but my battery (Tesla in 15 degree weather) would likely run out of battery by 4 p.m., especially if I ran the heat. Despite them having to deal with multiple accidents they were towing, they still came and got me within the hour. (I'm so lucky they were able to get to me sooner than scheduled). The technician also had me wait in the warmth of his car (to make sure I wasn't cold) while he worked in the cold to move the car on to tow. What an amazing job! Truly appreciate the rescue! And, my car arrived safely to the garage repairing the tire.
