I go there because they aren't about any funny business. They are reliable and fast + they charge fairly. I just want honesty. When I drop my car off it's not sitting in the shop for 5 days before they get to it. To bad they don't have customer parking but I don't care cause they are on point. Update on September 13 I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star review because things have changed since then. I don't recommend tropical auto repair. They are not honest people and I don't trust taking my vehicle there anymore. Transmission fluid was leaking got my truck towed there they replaced the hose and put 8 quarts of transmission fluid in. Following day my van doesn't have any transmission fluid in the reservoir. I called the shop to tell them and all they could say is I am busy can you bring it back on Monday. No thank you no I am sorry

I've had 2 cars serviced by Charlie without any problems. My last fix by them managed to have a lug seized that had to be torched off. I brought this to their attention and they took care of me and fixed the broken stem for a great price.

I have been coming here for years now. Every time i come they look at my car right away tell me the problem , how the can fix it , and what would be most cost efficient. They fix the car quickly also. They are very honest and very kind people here .... I would recommend this place to anyone who needs car repair !
