Imagine this: Lone female traveling down the turnpike during rush hour, through a two-lane construction zone with no shoulder… and the tire blows. Scary! My roadside assistance had an arrival time of 90 mins, but 911 dispatched All Points Towing and they were there in 30 minutes!! Matthew arrived with a sense of calmness which is key during such an event. He handled my service with the utmost care and patience. We thought we needed a tow but Matthew went above and beyond and observed it was simply a tire change, which saved both time and money. I want to thank Matthew for providing outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Because of Matthew my scary experience turned into an amazing one. He has such a passion for his job that translated to pure excellence in service execution! Well done All Points Towing for employing such a remarkable staff member!!

Vehicle was in a minor accident. Towed 0.3 miles, yes 0.3 miles to there yard. $860.00 bill. Went to there yard to pick up my vehicle and since they were closing at 430 and I was there at 4 o’clock they wouldn’t let me pay the bill and drive my car off the property where I had a tow truck coming to pick it up and charged me 170$ for it being there over night. However the next day I went paid the $860.00 and was told I could pull my vehicle across the street and wait for a tow truck. Vehicle started with zero issus

Absolute HORRIBLE place!! Complete rip off. Definitely some sketchy business going on too considering you MUST pay in cash. Every person I had to speak with is rude and arrogant. Couldn't even get in my car to leave because it was parked so close to another, I had to climb in through my passenger side. If you happen to get towed, pray Allpoints aren't the ones to do it!!!!
