3/5/2025 baileys came out and got my truck out of a VERY hard spot. They were careful and courteous the entire time, and communication with setting a time up was great. Chris came out with the 5 ton wrecker and carefully got my truck out of a deep ditch on a gravel road in a state forest. Very smart and knowledgeable, and reasonable prices as well.

These folks helped us out of a major jam late at night when we blew a tire on the side of the highway on a roadtrip - and then our spare was dry rotted and flat - the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and used my Google maps screenshot to figure out our location because we had no idea where we were - and she recommended a great hotel which was another issue we were challenged by. Tow guy got there in record time even though he'd just turned in for the night, and led us back to the turn for our hotel. they called us in the morning with tire options and had the work done in less than an hour. hour. Incredibly kind and helpful staff, the tow service is available 24/7 and they quite literally saved us! 100/10 recommend.
