While experiencing not so good service at a Good Year service center about an alignment packet that I purchased in Clifton Heights. I notified them on the phone while I was there and they told me to bring it over to them and they will take care of it and so I did Kyle, Justin and ASHLEI when above and beyond we’re taking care of them and was very polite, kind and explain every question to me that I asked them. There were five cars ahead of me, but they got me out pretty quick. I promise now that I will never go to another. Good Year only theirs in Cliff in Clifton Heights Thanks guys for such a great job

The entire staff, always takes great care of all my vehicles. Whether it be an oil change on my Hemi Dodge Ram or Charger, or inspection on my Tesla or Kia, the service personnel are always responsible and careful. Special thanks to Scott, who was efficient, communicative, and safe in taking care of my new 2026 Tesla Model Y. In and out, in under an hour.
