What an excellent experience from start to finish. Let's start with the communication, this location did a great job communicating via text. Everyday I received an update with the current status of the repair process. This was great because I understood what was happening with my vehicle without having to call into the shop each day for an update. I also liked the freedom to call with any questions or concerns I might have. We desired all new parts for our vehicle and our request was granted as it was available. We liked how well they took their time with the repair process and did not rush it. They made sure everything was perfect and aligned before completion. My damages were from the driver side door going up to the front bumper. When we picked up the car it looked liked we first purchased, brand new as if we were first driving it off the lot. The repairs were excellent, and my car was washed and appeared to be waxed as well. The finished product even impressed my skeptical husband plus the parts of the repair come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. And to top it off, my car inside was vacuumed... I have 5 kids so I'm sure there were lots of crumbs?. Thanks for everything
