I was having some trouble with my car battery and came to this location of O'Reily Auto Parts to check the status of the battery. I walked in to meet two cool guys standing behind the counter — "Brian," and "Isaiah." Brian came out and gave the battery a test, advised me what could be going on, and went inside to check my warranty status. These days it's difficult to find knowledgeable staff who care. If you ask me, he went above and beyond. For all your auto part needs, this location is the place to go, and I am very pleased that they were the ones that I had a chance to talk to today. Saturday night, 8:30 pm, 10 degrees in Pittsburgh, my husband and I get off a plane to find that our vehicle wouldn’t start at the Charlie Brown Airport parking. Jumping it didn’t work. We were frantic and desperate. JOHN HIDEY at O’Reilly Auto, store # 6640, was an absolute angel sent from God, in our time of need. No exaggeration. He patiently walked me through purchasing the vehicle battery online, the tools to do the work, but most of all….he offered to bring it to us after he closed the store at 9 pm. That was above and beyond in every way. I am so thankful for John. Every employer needs a John like him!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I wish I could give 1,000 stars, not just 5. Thank you John for being such a great human. God bless you.
