The new owner is great. He personally oversaw my whole experience here. My van died in Allentown and he had his tow truck out there in under an hour. Everything was taken care of. I was sure I needed a new motor but it turned out to be just low oil pressure. While they had it they did the inspection and made some suspension repairs needed to pass inspection. All my questions were answered quickly and my van was returned to service quickly as well. I will be using this company for all my company and personal vehicles now.

Excellent customer service! I called into the shop to see if they could help me out to repair a flat tire about 30 minutes before closing time. They accommodated me and had my tire fixed in minutes. I will absolutely use them again for my auto repair.

While the quality and value of the work done at BCAC is outstanding the real experieince is in the connections made with their people from the owner through the highly skilled techs to the friendly and professional office staff. My bad habits have me taking owned vehicles to a dealer for service which I need to change and bring all my autos to BCAC going forward.
