My daughter and her boyfriend called at 2pm for a tow. It was close to 8pm when they got picked up they would keep calling saying 35-45mins more. My husband and I drove from Erie PA to get to them and when we got within 20mins they finally arrived. Then they tried to charge the battery and the tow driver said, I dont have tools to fix it anyhow so I guess we will tow it. He never latched the hood it flew up and bent the hood and ruined the top of the fender area. My daughter said she felt very unsafe and that the tow driver was on his phone with his other half while driving then threw his phone and was swerving. He had to call his boss twice. They wanted to tow it to there shop which was 30min further from where we where at and none of us from the area. Then they told them they will fix the hood and have it back by Wednesday. Im glad they tried to makenit right but it's not just the hood that got messed up in the process. But waiting that long for a tow is unacceptable. I know money is money but at what expense.

I waited for almost two hours for them to show up to change my tire. I kept getting excuses every time I called for an ETA, with the person I talked to saying someone would arrive in 15 minutes each time I called.
