They destroyed my truck, ripped parts off, and my engine components. My truck was taken without my consent by progressive and brought here to IAA Altoona. I latter recovered my truck by contacting police. Once truck was returned to me, it was not the same, it wouldn’t turn on, body parts was missing. Progressive said they are not responsible for what IAA did to my truck. iAA is saying there not responsible. So they strip peoples trucks thinking no one would know?? Idk but what I do know is I will be filling a complaint with every agency including federal since I cross state lines I have to do that before I file a summons in court. I have pictures of when they took my truck, my truck turned on fine before they took it without my authorization.I cation anyone that don’t want to be in my situation to stay away!

Don't know much about this place other than they are helpful. Been called there by drivers wanting to load trucks and any time I need some vehicles moved or whatever, they are willing to help whatever way needed. Thanks.

Loader is horrible. They don't have dump containers and he said don't leave broken parts .but he broker it when he loaded. Also he is coding monkey for drivers before leave alot of broken parts.
