Very friendly people! Easy to talk to both over the phone and in person. I had never done it before, so I called to confirm they would accept my old water heater and washing machine. They answered promptly and patiently addressed all my questions. When I arrived, the staff were helpful and gave clear instructions on how to weigh in, drop off the items, and weigh out so they could calculate the payout. I made about $20 from the metals—not bad! I wasn’t trying to make money, just avoid the fee from my trash company. I’m glad I could take care of it myself with a minivan—and it covered lunch! :)

Used to go here years ago. Was a different place back then. First time I’ve been here in about 15 years and They Would not buy a pickup truck load of aluminum because it a a few tiny steel screws and plastic caps. Gave me a hard time. Not sure how this place is even still in business if they’re gonna be so picket. Never go here. Not a good experience. They will just waste your time as they did mine. I will never go here ever again.
