I’d drive the extra 20 minutes to go here again rather than Coccia Ford in Wilkes Barre. When you call, you’ll talk to a human. Your vehicle will go into the garage shortly after you hand over the key. The service tech that did my work was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to speak with. It was a refreshing breath of honest customer service. I prefer to do my own work on my vehicle but I’m fine with paying the extra money for the good service here if I don’t have the time to do it myself. Well done Ken Pollock Ford!

Jesse was our salesman and he was extremely friendly knowledgeable and super efficient. I would highly recommend going to Ken Pollock Ford and asking for Jesse as a sales person. Jesse completed all of her pricing and everything over the phone and when we went to the dealer, we were there for a minimal amount of time. Jesse had everything ready for us. We just signed the papers and we left in our new car.
