*Long, but please read* This is by FAR the worst trash service in the area. I've been with them a couple yrs now and the pick up is ridiculously inconsistent. At one point, every wk they were marking my trash as picked up, when it was still sitting. I'll come home and my trash is still there. When i would call they said it was marked as picked up. How are you going to tell me my trash is picked up, when im looking at it? Then, I was paying for 3 months of service, but only getting 4 wks of pick up! By the 5th week on, no more pick up. This was happening fpr over a year. I would go a month or two without service bc my work hours coincide with theirs, so it can be difficult for me to call and get ahold of someone. I shouldn't have to call every single month to tell them this, its their job. That went on for a yr and a half of me paying $76 for one month, essentially. I had to pay for months i didn't even have service. Not to mention, their desk lady is nasty. I was politely trying to explain that I'm paying for 3 months but only getting 4 wks, inconsistent wks at that, and she wouldn't let me speak and kept interrupting and told me that they were marked as being picked up for 2 months, when i had nothing even sitting out bc they quit picking it up after 4 wks. Yet, they were still charging me for it. She told me i was lying and its my fault bc i should have called sooner, yes i should have, but you should be reliable in pick up. Its not the customers responsibility to call every week or every month to remind YOU to pick up their trash, that i pay you for!! Find another trash service bc this isn't it. Unless you want to deal with a crappy service and "garbage" customer service.

Get another garbage company they don't get garbage when the agreement says and still charge you. The owner said my bridge was on safe for a reason but I bring triaxel s of stone and log trucks over it it is metal the owner said his driver said it was wood and argued with me

Wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews. Canceled service after a couple of months due to inconsistent pickup. That was a month ago and they still refuse to come get the bins. If I had a truck I'd gladly take their bins back but I have no way to do that with my car. The only option I have now is to call the police for them littering on my property since I dont know what else to do to get them to take the bins. Im starting to get the feeling they like bad reviews.
