I test drove a 2003 ford focus. The air bag light was on. When I sped up to 40mph the alignment was off. I told them that they needed to get that fixed. I put a down payment of a $100.00. No one not even the owner had me sign any paper stating that that there was a non-refundable fee. Are you kidding me??? I called and went to the dealer. No one was there. Maggie and the man who works there acted clueless. Point blank period. The car had 149,000 miles on it and they probably did not have the csr checked out. So do not waist your time and go there. Car payments are insane. The mileage is high on all of their inventory. You all catch my drift. Its not worth the headache.

We bought a 2007 Ford Focus . It has issues Maggie had them fixed for us. Never any real problem with them. Their hours are inconvenient but that’s a little deal.

Don’t even bother to waste your time getting a car here. Very shady and unprofessional. They lied and said I never can to make a payment. Well, I went there twice on two separate days to make a payment during operating hours and no one was there. They can’t even keep a receptionist hired. When I took the car to get inspected...I was told the car had fake inspection stickers. BEWARE!!
