I try to shop local, but most recently was told I by 2 staff members that 'Lady, you don't know what you're doing' when I ordered a product that arrived under a different product number than on the web site, and when I tried to explain why I wanted what I ordered, and was trying to make sure it was what I ordered, was told they 'werent going to argue with me', and was walked away from. It turned out the product is known under both codes - I had to Google that. I will never spend any more money here. The young lady at the register was very kind though.

I like to support local stores because I know the hardship. Their store is well organize and clean atmosphere. Friendly cashier. But when I looked at the invoice. I understood the other reviews. 1 Water bottle was $5.69! Same brand from Dollar Tree mind you a six pack is priced $1.25! I now you need to make a profit but this is ridiculous. Live and learn.

Just not sure why everyone has such a chip on their shoulder. The register girl said I was not alowed to take a ace hardware ad? I will never return. I just bought a house in Manchester and thought it was awesome that we had a local hardware store. It was my 4th trip there today and my 3rd bad exp. Just go to Home Depot a couple more minutes away it'll be a quarter of the price and no bull crap attitudes.
