Ignorant , rude , unprofessional! Definitely takes advantage of the customers . Stay away! We came past on official business and they decided to hold a customers car hostage and not release it! Would rate no stars if we could!

These guys are awesome! My car had been stolen for months and I didn't think I'd get it back, the police called and it had been found and towed here, I no longer had a key to it even. They worked it out with me to drop it off at my house for me at no extra charge. I have NEVER worked with such an all out amazing, wonderful and just caring towing/impound lot before in my life without somehow knowing the owner! The world needs more shops like this one. ?

Highly recommend this shop, from the tow truck driver that picked up my car to both ladies that work in the office my experience was fantastic. Tammy battled thru some insurance issues and got my car fixed better than it looked before my accident. The guys that did the work did amazing and I could not be happier. We have found a shop we trust and will use in the future if needed. Update... We had another car that was in an accident and we had the same exact experience we had the first time. Tammy was amazing, Brad and his son got our vehicle done in no time. They make everything so stress free!
