This Walmart is a lot cleaner and organized than most.The people working here are friendly and helpful. they have a good selection of products and they usually have a decent amount of stock. All in all one of the better Walmart stores

I was in about a week ago. I tried to purchase a product that I had a $5.00 off coupon that your company was one of the redemption locations. Two other companies listed. When I went to do the coupon at self checkout with mind you employee hubbering over my the register wouldn't take it. The employee was too busy waiting for her friend to come into work so she can get off self checkout and work together on register. She doesn't like self checkout at all she said to me. I asked her if she would please help me with the coupon? Her response was you must take it to customer service we don't take coupons. They will put everything back on your debit card and rearing you up. I had a full cart. I didn't understand that concept but I had it done once before and I said no. Went to customer service they said they would have to return the product and ring it up again and use gift card. Coupon wouldn't go through. They said they wouldn't over ride it because Walmart would be out of the $5.00. It was their coupon I cut out of a flyer that comes out once a week in our mail. They totally would not take it. It wasn't expired. I left Went and told my husband who at this point was in the car we decided to go back in and return. Walked up to customer service they are talking about me oh now I am pissed. I asked for return they said they would put on gift card. The product mind you is $25.00 . Coupon was $5.00 off. They were still arguing with me about that they are so cheap you don't need a coupon. I even apologize for being upset. I absolutely used to love going shopping in this store. Most of the employees used to be friendly. Since they remodeled it's definitely not the same. You can't find anything. You don't carry things you used to. Customer service really went down hill. I was looking for something on the shelf asked a worker if she would please help me she turned around and said no and put her head up in the air and walked away to the back. Mind you this was one of the ladies at customer service I believe may have been manager on duty. Ok I'm done. Thank you.

This past week I have asked staff two different times on different visits if I can have a couple of boxes to help with packing. I don’t need big boxes, just a box to help organize. Both occasions I was immediately shut down and told they have 0 boxes. One woman proceeded to say over and over again we have no boxes (while I am standing the aisle staring at 100s stored in the center while another worker rolled more out on wheels.) They told me they sell boxes and I could buy some. I was told as soon as they unpack they break them down. I understood. When I asked if I could come back when they were unpacking to get a couple I was again told…they have no boxes. It was like they came up with every excuse to not give me a box. 1 BOX. Then as I was discussing with the woman about how uncomfortable this makes me that I can CLEARLY see hundreds of boxes and they can’t spare one or two…another worker was eavesdropping around the corner and ended our conversation without even showing their face, just talking through the wall...it was creepy and rude. I was so absolutely disgusted by the greed and being lied to, if you can’t help your community out, why should I purchase anything. I had already filled up my water so I paid for that…but that was the last straw for me. You are a BIG BOX store and can’t give away A BOX to help someone out. Absolutely appalled. I would rather drive 20min to go to a store than walk in there to be surrounded by low vibrations and greed. Because of that interaction, I ended up not purchasing the packing container I was going to because why the heck should I. I will also never going there again, that said it all for me and a perfect example of the problem with this world today. Unbelievable.
