IF YOU RUN INTO JIM MORRISON UNDERSTAND HE AND MIRACLE MOTORS ( FORMALLY BYRYDER)HAS TOTAL DISRESPECTFUL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS. I’m a veteran who within the last couple of years started not only my physical disability but a disability with now MIRACLE MOTORS. 2021 spring, I started financing a (2010white Cadillac CTS- 111,000k miles for $16K at $436 a month. After several attempts to get the vehicle serviced ( main repair -Rear Differential)2023-2024 years I almost gave up until I met Mario and Jim Morrison. I probably would have come out better if Mario was in charge, but unfortunately Miracle Motors has him in the forefront of everything except where it matters to from what I was told “deal with the sometimes aggressive low income minorities”who mostly do business with them. Standing there face to face speaking with Jim Morrison after we went over my account and all balances were current and the vehicle was under warranty during ALL of my service attempts. Jim Morrison assured me I had pad $15K of the $16K loan and even though I was looking to pay it off and it was under warranty he could only offer the following: #1)I just give them the vehicle they credit me and my co-signer with a complete payment rating and they would junk it for parts because it wouldn’t be safe to drive. #2)Keep it as is and take off some of the final payment and do my own repairs. #3)Trade it in in which I would only get $1K credit towards another vehicle or pay half of whatever cost it would be to fix it ( even though Jim Morrison and Mario acknowledged it was technically under warranty and they were trying to unravel the mess the previous management and employees made). Respectfully I made it clear I would like my vehicle fixed and would be paying the balance on the loan and half of the repairs. We delivered the vehicle 04/01/25 to Miracle Motors 601 State Ave,Emmaus, PA 18049. Believe it or not I did not hear from Jim Morrison after a few check in attempts until mid-late summer and was told the Rear Differential couldn’t really be found for that year and model but if they did I would be looking at paying half of approx.$1,600.00 plus the complete payoff amount which I agreed. Again believe it or not I wasn’t contacted again until 10/2025 by a service manager I never met and never talked to before told me lo and behold the Cadillac didn’t need a Rear differential just brakes and rotors which would only cost me $400.00 of course I said do it. Jim Morrison contacted us 11/14/25 via text and told me the vehicle was ready for pick up only thing was the vehicle was in the Reading location because the service department is bigger and they have more room on their lot. First thing I asked was why didn’t anyone inform us the vehicle was getting moved and how would it get back to Lehigh Valley area. He had the audacity to tell me I have to pick it up or he could have it brought down for an extra $100.00. My exact words were “ I didn’t even know it was in Reading, you had my vehicle for over (8) months for what you say only brakes and rotors and I should pay for this”? I also informed him of my recent hospital visits and upcoming surgery but I will tow or have it picked up soon as I can to which he said no problem it’s enough space on the Reading lot. I had my surgery and was hospitalized at which point I figured it would be best to have someone pick up the vehicle and pay off the balance. I was told late 12/2025- early 01/2026 that our vehicle had been repossessed from 11/14/25 and sold 12/05/25 with a good amount of personal items in and on the car. When I asked about the $15K that was spent out of hard earned money and how my brother that died from Covid 19 helped me get the vehicle so it has sentimental value.Jim Morrison had the whatever you want to call it audacity, ignorance, poor judgment, heartlessness to say “ it is what it is it’s gone you drove it that’s where your $15K went and proceeded to contact me by text the next day to say he is going to get the vehicle back but it’s going to cost me a additional $4075.19.

I walked in told the salesman exactly what I was looking for and how I had gotten a previous car from them. He was understanding and not very pushy which is great bonus points he also interracted with my 3 year old. The process was long and I waa expecting him to show me a spark they had on the lot the car they showed me was a chevy equinox . I was pleased he didn't show me anything I wasn't interested in. I had to trade in my vehicle that I had just paid off. I wasn't happy about that at first, but in the long run I came to the conclusion I didn't want to lose the type of car I had been looking for the last 3 years.

?I just want to give a huge shoutout to Miracle Motors for truly living up to their name. Before working with them, I was paying $325 a week for a rental car — which came out to $1300+ a month just to have transportation. What I really love is that they work with you. You just have to choose wisely and look for the vehicle that fits your lifestyle, your budget, and your goals. And if your credit is like mine — around 500 — don’t let that stop you. This process is actually helping me build my credit back up, which is something I really needed. At the end of the day, I had a great experience, and I would recommend Miracle Motors to anybody who’s trying to move forward, rebuild, or just finally get a vehicle without being taken advantage of. If you’re looking for a team that’s patient, honest, helpful, and willing to work with real-life situations, go to Miracle Motors. They helped me more than they know…..Oh yeah shout out to the manager and rest of the staff that worked with me every single guy there was polite, friendly, cheerful and respectful which is a plus for a dealership and truly awesome atmosphere.
