They work very well, pulled a D6C and cat 225. Their trucks are very nice and they did a very good job, the one guy Zack did a really good job, he knew how to do everything right and he did it very fast and easy. Smooth sailing that truck went down the road.

Wow, excellent customer service really does still exist! My family and I were traveling cross country in our Class A motorhome, when suddenly, we were in desperate need of new brakes. Being from out of state, and the first time needing brakes on a motorhome, I found myself scrambling to find a place to help us. After calling around to many various businesses, I finally found myself talking with Mike at Mechanics Plus, who made it his personal mission to ensure our family could continue on our journey safe and sound as soon as possible. He took the time to help triage the issue over the phone and was able to get us in that same day! We made the journey to this shop and could immediately tell that we had made the right decision. Seeing the way that Mike orchestrated ordering and securing the necessary parts for a complete brake overhaul, we were in great hands. The entire staff here is friendly and welcoming. My wife, son, dog and I got to hang out in the waiting area for about 5 hours while the repairs were being made, and let me tell you, it was like visiting the home of a friend or family member - comfortable, safe and welcoming. My son said he didn't want to leave! This unexpected delay in our travels turned into a wonderful experience and allowed us to simply slow down and take rest right when we needed it most as a family. God was definitely at work here. 5 stars all around! There is a sign when you first walk in: The "Mechanics Plus Mission Statement" which read, in part, "To provide safe and efficient road side service to stranded motorists as well as offering them solace in our beautiful waiting area complete with comforts of home...to ensure top quality repair service...and to do so as quickly and safely as humanly possible with safety being our #1 priority." I was looking for a towing service for the business I run and I was very pleased by the recommendation. I called and received a response immediately. The drivers kept in communication at all times with me. Big shout out to Hunter! And best of all prices compared to others in town can’t be beat!!! Great service and great employees!
