I'm a female trucker, I like to be early and promptly, so they can fullfill there customers orders in a timely manner. I talk to management around 6am. Had only 11 units on my truck told me call a #, and said he refuses to unload me @ 10am my appointment time, told me I had to wait until 1300.i came back around 945am close to my appointment, still refuses, he was too worried about his smoke break then getting truckers in and out, so customer can get there products fulfilled on timely manner. The manager in receiving @ Exeter,Pennsylvania needs to be Replace with someone who care about the company's moto ,motivation of the product that could be # one if they had caring receiving management and staff, and get truckers in and out in a timely manner instead worried about his next smoke break,please have corropert clean house @Exeter Pennsylvania and start having better experience .like in the Kansas city, Kansas warehouse, they follow ur company moto fully..
