Hands down some of nicest and most accommodating folks ever to work on my vehicle. An impromptu failure on my alternator on my 1999 Ford F350 7.3L Turbo Diesel while pulling a fully loaded 28' cargo trailer caused me to pull over at my first opportunity. With amazing good fortune, it was at Curt's Car Car in Mcveystown, PA, along one of the most scenic highways you'll ever see. The extremely pleasant office manager, and daughter of the owner, Trish, went and requested Curt to come analyze my problem. Even at such a late hour of nealy 5 pm, the team, including the son, Brent, scrambled to find a way to repair my truck and get me on the road that evening (instead of my having to sleep overnight in the truck.) Trish called around to locate an appropriate alternator for my vehicle while Brent and Curt took out the old alternator. Amazingly, the not only did Trish find the right alternator, but convinced the supplier to rush the part to their shop. By 5:30pm they had my truck purring like a kitten and safe to continue my journey through the dark night ahead without fear of losing electrical power and my lights, not to mention kill the two brand new batteries that had been installed just two weeks earlier elsewhere. I could not give a better endorsement to a great auto service company!!
