On November 8th, I used Hernandez Towing for a tow to my home. The owner originally stated she did not accept electronic payment, I planned to get cash for the $160 tow. After that, she changed her mind and told me I needed to send half the payment electronically before she would provide service, which caused an additional hour of waiting. I had all of the cash ready waiting on her, prior to the price that kept changing every time we spoke, despite me having already provided all the necessary information. She also repeatedly hung up on me during our conversations. I ultimately paid, but I never received a receipt or any acknowledgement of the payment. On December 12th, 2025, I contacted her again regarding the payment she received for a service I never actually received. She continued hanging up on me and avoided addressing the issue. She claimed she needed to “check” her device, even though the business Cash App account is directly linked, and she made no effort to confirm or refund the payment. She is actively avoiding returning money for a service that was not provided.

Unscrupulous, I tried for state inspection, she said a tire was cracked. Tires had less than 1000 miles. She couldn't show any crack or even which tire it was. Tried to sell a tire. She Ripped two separate 3 inch hole in undercarriage where just starting to get rust scaling. I Took vehicle to a different garage and it passed with out issues. Very unprofessional operation. Stay away!

Will refuse to refund you for a service not provided. Hangs up the phone on you several times claiming she has all the information to retract the statement and change the pricing. Very confusing and frustrating.
