On 01/24/2024 @10:26 AM, I contacted this business in (R&R Metal Recycling) Georgetown, SC to speak with a Fleet Manager and was told by some lady who answered the phone that they were busy and to call back later. I asked for a fleet manager's name and she hung up on me in mid conversation. Very poor customer service!!! There is no way, that she was so busy she could not have a minute conversation with a possible customer. I work for Ryder Truck Rental as a Manager and just wanted to help this business out by providing awareness of our services. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. This customer service rep should be trained better. The call lasted 15 seconds and provided me an insight of how they operate. I am very disappointed and will not contact this business after how I was treated...

5 stars Casey arrived early and was very helpful and walked me through the process. If you need to get rid of a car these people did it right. And they paid me in cash!! A+++ service thank you

If u seen my last review of this scrap yard please disregard it....yes there was a problem but they actually mailed us a letter and apologized and fixed the problem so if anything doesn't look rite just go inside and talk to them they will make it rite....I was very pleased with the way they handled the situation and got it fixed thank you
