Just a 5 star experience from initial phone call to and through service of my vehicle. I called with providing I formation of what I am hearing with my car as I’m driving. Debbie, walked me through what to check what to look at and ultimately decided I needed to come in to have a mechanic take a look. I brought it in (against the wishes of Debbie as she felt it could be dangerous to drive) and the mechanic took the car for a drive, and came back and reported his findings. He had the parts in stock AND completed the service on my vehicle with minimal wait time. Come to find out the “mechanic” who drove my vehicle and explained in detail the issue, and got it worked on immediately, was in fact the owner!! Go figure, an owner, taking the time to truly help a customer, new customer, to be clear, diagnose the issue, and make time to complete the service was just truly an amazing feeling. Oreland Auto has a customer for life, and will service my family of cars for ever. A true sense of family from initial call, to walk into the door, to leaving. Grateful to have found them.

The best auto mechanic I have been to! Our Honda Civic was having issues starting and I was afraid of being stranded somewhere with the kids. We thought it was the battery but after replacing that, the car still was having issues. I called Oreland Auto at 10am one morning, described the issue, they told me to drop off the car that day since they were on vacation the following week and didn't want me to be stranded with it. They fixed the starter and returned it to me the SAME DAY! Excellent service, quick turnaround and a very good price. Debbie is so kind and efficient. Always gives you an accurate estimate on the phone before they proceed with the work. We have also taken our car there for routine maintenance- same great service. Thank you Oreland Auto!

Steve and Debbie run a great business. My family and I have been using Oreland Auto for years. Even though I live 30mins away in Bucks County, I still bring my truck to Oreland Auto to be serviced. I know I'll always get an honest opinion and price. This is the best garage around. Highly recommend.
