I dropped my phone and broke the screen. I called you break i fix in york. No one answered. I left a voicemail and i got no call back. I called the one in mechanicsburg and they dont have any in stock. They did tell me it takes 3-4 hrs to replace. I called batteries plus and Evan answered the phone and told me they have a phone screen in stock and could replace it today. They replaced it in less then 45min. This place fixed my phone fast ! Thank you!

Most respectful and polite staff I’ve come across, maybe ever. Evan, Kelsey, everyone there makes you feel valued. I had a service performed by Batteries Plus, and unfortunately there was an issue. They gave me absolutely no hassle about making it right. I called and spoke to Evan—he escalated my issue and promised he’d get an answer and call me back same day. And he did! I didn’t have to follow up on my own or explain my problem to multiple people or deal with attitude. They stood behind their work and followed through. I’m not sure I’ve experienced such great customer service in a decade or two. As a customer in today’s world, you almost forget what it’s like to feel like your business is valued and appreciated. I really appreciate this company and staff. Highly recommend and will do business with in the future—for sure.
