Luis was fantastic and helped me find the perfect Jeep in a much flashier color than I'm used to, but I've been receiving so many compliments on the color! ? Some have even asked me for more specific details because they love the color so much. He made the car shopping experience fun, and every visit was full of laughs. He also got me in touch with Josh in finance, who worked really hard to find me the best interest rate to keep my monthly payment where I wanted it to be. My boyfriend and I love that he's a fellow Penn State fan, too! Thanks for helping with the numbers to get me out of Penny and into Nittany! (Name of my old Jeep vs. my new Jeep.) ??? Fun, laughs, family (they came along for the initial test drive), and chatting about football ?make this an awesome experience! Plus, I'm so happy that I bought this Jeep from a dealership with an award winning service department! They have been fantastic, too!! They helped address a recall as soon as they had what they needed to address it and I couldn't be more grateful for the shuttle service that has made dropping my car off for service so much more convenient. Thank you all for everything!! I couldn't be more grateful to have found this dealership, staffed by such great people! Thank you for helping me stay in the Jeep family, where I belong. Note, I posted this in September 2025 after I purchased my Jeep, but there must have been an issue my review wasn't visible. Northeast Regional Commander Emergency Towing

I am writing to formally express our profound disappointment and concern following our recent visit to your dealership for service on two vehicles. Initially, we requested a simple oil change for both vehicles. However, one of the bills escalated to an astonishing $1,600, accompanied by an alarming list of alleged issues with the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, we immediately noticed a heavy whining noise and a burnt smell entering the cab, despite your claim that the serpentine belt had been replaced. We returned to your service department within fifteen minutes to report these problems, only to be told that all technicians were busy and unable to assist us at that time. This response was both unacceptable and unprofessional. What is especially troubling is that the service technician apparently did not perform a test drive prior to returning the vehicle to us. Given that there are small children who regularly ride in this vehicle, the negligence displayed here is deeply concerning and frankly, dangerous. Moreover, we are genuinely disappointed with the overall level of service and customer care. Over time, it seems the standards at your dealership have steadily declined. Our repeated attempts to speak with a service manager were met with long holds and no returned calls, which adds insult to injury. Due to the severity of this experience and the apparent disregard for customer safety and satisfaction, we will be escalating this matter to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, as well as other relevant consumer protection entities. Our goal is to ensure that no other customers suffer a similar experience.
