I’ve used this company twice now, and I truly couldn’t be happier with their work. They’ve worked on my gas tank, motor mounts, replaced my battery, and handled a few other repairs I needed done. Every time, they’ve treated both me and my car with professionalism and care. It’s absolutely true — you get what you pay for. They’re not the cheapest, but I’m not looking for cheap. I want a mechanic who knows exactly what they’re doing and makes sure my car is returned to me just as I left it — or even better. That’s exactly what they deliver. Their customer service is excellent, communication is clear, and the quality of work gives me real peace of mind. I genuinely appreciate them and highly recommend their services.

I know it’s not a cheap car to repair but Jcl automotive have been absolutely amazing. Prices are pretty reasonable. Communication is very very good. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. Great shop ??????

Absolutely negligent mechanics. Missed a critical safety issue that risked my husbands life. Took my vehicle in for brake pressure issues and leaking fluid after the Mercedes dealer quoted 4k for the repair. JCL stated that the rear brake lines were leaking but the front lines were good. Replaced the rear lines and not even two months later my husband was driving home from work in my car in a snowstorm and lost all brake pressure. Thank goodness he was able to get the vehicle stopped safely without injury to himself or anyone else. Had it towed back to JCL who stated that the front lines were now blown. I pressed them on how this could’ve happened when they just checked all the lines less than two months ago. They finally admitted that they didn’t check the entirety of the front brake lines, only what they could easily see. I was never told that there was a chance that something was missed or quoted for the labor it would take to remove the catalytic converter so they could see the whole brake line. They just told me it would good when it clearly wasn’t and risked our lives by missing a critical safety issue. Would never take another vehicle here!
