I fully understand that everyone has rough days and bad moments. However, after making a phone call to ask for diagnosis price on a potential bad rear wheel bearing in my car, I was rudely told “look bud, we aren’t the guys for you” and then hung up on. I understand that this review speaks nothing to their abilities or trustworthiness as a mechanic shop, but I think it’s worth noting that customer service could improve.

I was referred to Red Barn Auto by a friend. It is the cleanest garage you will ever see. Their rates are very reasonable and guarantee their work. They fix only what is needed and not unnecessary parts. They have all the updated technology. Wonderful mechanics. I recommend this garage to everyone.
