My second visit at Guaranteed Batteries, but my first purchase which was pleasant. I called b4 I went there to make sure they had my car battery in stock and they said they did. So I drove there and met the guy got my battery and left. It’s only been 1 day with my battery but no complaints. I like when I purchase something and everything goes smoothly just like I intended! Overall I say “Guaranteed Batteries” is all around a good company with good quality batteries that last. Thank You! I’m sure I’ll be back but not to soon!!

After spending a week waiting to hear back from these people about a battery for my wheelchair I'm told they have exactly what I need. After the guy charges it for 2 days to make sure it's good he calls and tells me I can come get it. I sent a photo of the exact battery I need and he confirms that the battery is in fact a perfect match. I load myself into my van and drive to the place. They lied. It's the wrong battery. Not even close to what I needed. And the excuse was, its a wheelchair battery, it should work. The lie. They try to cheat you. Dont waist your time.
