Charged $350 for a tow CASH ONLY and if the nearby atm ran out too bad they needed full price. Not even a buck less. Distance was less than a mile and held at the lot for only 20 minutes as we had barely left the car unattended.

Stole my car for the street sweeper to go through and took it three blocks away, then had the balls after holding it for not even an hour to charge me $150.00. Then I leave the shop and the street sweeper is then just going up my street after nearly an hour after this tow shop stealing my car. Then the car has a $30.00 ticket when I get it back. This is silent extortion at its finest. Where on this no parking sign does it say anything about your car being towed? Nowhere.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! The owner and the tow truck drivers are extremely rude.. The tow truck driver needs to be educated on how to load up a vehicle without damaging it..
