I went to Washington, Pa store from Steubenville, Ohio to get the rotors for my 2012 Chevy 2500 rear rotors turned. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Their truck guy was Extremely RUDE to me personally, didn't even measure my rotors and declared them junk (even though I had mic d them and they were 1.306 in) Low limit is 1.068 in. to be LIED to by someone who we are supposed to be able to trust does NOT make me want to be a loyal customer. I have photos but i am unable to add them on the computer

Amazing staff! My transmission blew on the road right outside the store and I went in to get some help! Justin didn’t hesitate to help me out, even directing traffic to help me pull my car into their parking lot. Great people and a shout out to Hunter as well for holding down the store while this all went on.
