Horrible service, they refuse to come up any road that isn’t a main road, which id understand if the road was full of parked cars and they had a flatbed, but the side road was completely empty besides my car getting towed. When I got annoyed after she was watching me push my car by myself and asked why she can’t just drive up the alley way she can easily fit, she turned around and told me to get someone else to tow it. So unprofessional, and she’s the only lady who answers the phones so there’s no way to even report her. Pathetic work ethic on there part, if you can tow a vehicle in an empty alley way maybe you shouldn’t be a tow truck driver. I’d be upset too if I was a 60+ year old women still towing cars to make an honest dollar that’s pretty pathetic so I guess I shouldn’t go too hard on her, life already has.

Horrible driver. Cut us off while we were going straight and he was in the wrong lane. Almost pushed my car into the bridge. Then gave us the middle finger and swore obscenities at us telling us we were in the turning lane and should have made a right to rt 100. When I called the company because he didn't even know how to roll down his window, they said oh well. AAA can do better than using this company. Nothing political but also yelled at me .. you must be a Biden supporter. ???

Experienced a transmission failure while towing my atv’s. I was stranded 275 miles away from home. Martha and her team responded to my AAA request, coordinated picking up my vehicle, and towing it to my local dealership back home. Martha was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. A+ experience all around!!
