I scheduled an appointment to have a single tire patched. When I arrived, I was told it would take about an hour. That was acceptable. Exactly one hour later, instead of my repair being completed, I received a full tire inspection report and was called to the counter to be pitched four new tires. This was surprising and frustrating, especially considering the vehicle had passed inspection the week prior with no tire concerns. It felt less like service and more like a deliberate upsell tactic. After I declined the new tires and reiterated that I only wanted the patch, I then waited an additional 45 minutes for the actual repair to be completed. To make matters worse, when I got back into my van, the repaired tire was sitting at 24 PSI — well below a safe and acceptable driving level. After spending nearly two hours there for a simple patch, they didn’t even ensure the tire was properly inflated. This experience felt inefficient, sales-driven, and careless. I understand businesses need to offer services, but delaying a scheduled repair to push an upsell — and then failing to complete basic post-repair checks — is unacceptable. I would not return based on this experience.

I purchase all my tires at Tires Plus and over the years have been very satisfied. Periodically, when I have stopped in for servicing, Anthony at their Plaza Blvd location has helped me. He has been very helpful and thorough, even if I just drop in to get the tire pressure checked. The service at this location is very good, and Anthony is a great asset to their team! I would highly recommend Tires Plus in Lancaster!

Took my car in for new tires and inspection. When I was driving home after picking up my car I noticed my back passenger rim was bent. I called to try and find out what happened. The guy who answered told me "they can't look at my car til Wednesday" after I literally just left the shop. I asked for a managers or corporates number/email and was not given either. I went ahead and made a police report since they refuse to take accountability.
