I have mixed feelings about Amslers. My parents have been coming here for years along with one other place. I had a repair done and the next day my engine light came on. So I went back just to ask if they knew why, I was not rude because I knew it could have absolutely nothing to do with what they repaired it was just a general question. I spoke with the owner(i think), older gentleman, was very kind and understanding. One of the workers came out from the back (guessing about 35 - 40 years old) marched out the front door to my car, did whatever, came back in with an extreme attitude and said "its nothing we did". After the worker walked back into the back i looked at the owner and said " i never said it was, i just figured id come back here". There was also something else i went there for and i wont go into full detail but, i spent $2000 to have it fixed. About 3 years later it happened again to the other side of my car. This time I went to my local mechanic and it cost me $150. Yes you read that correctly. Soooo I'll stick with my local guy. Thank you.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was the best tow truck experience I’ve ever had. Will was more than amazing. He got to my car well before the estimated arrival time, had my car up on the flat bed and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I opted through triple A to ride with him to my desired destination and I was honestly not looking forward to driving in a car with a stranger but he made me feel comfortable and we talked about cars and trucks the whole way to my desired destination. I hope whoever his boss is sees this because he deserves some brownie points for being such a great employee, especially on his last job of the day.
