I've gotten tires here on multiple vehicles throughout the years. Got four new ones yesterday and specifically asked for new valves stems because the other ones don't register PSI correctly. They reused the old ones then when I pointed it out, the manager (don't remember his name) got my car right back in and made sure to replace all four. Super nice guy and super apologetic. And one of the techs left me a chicken to go with my ducks. Shout out to that person for making my day ?.

Will not be returning. I’ve had a bad experience years ago, then finally started returning for oil changes and have been nothing but happy with their efficiency & work. I show up today, 20 minutes early for my oil change appointment. Was told I will have to wait because there was 4 appointments at my appointment time even though I was the first there. Fine, no issue. I tell the cashier that my exhaust had popped out of the pin this morning and was hanging out, I asked politely if there was any chance one of their men could just pop it back in, seeing as I can’t do it because I am a young girl in my 20’s. I am immediately told no with a cocky attitude, with no sort of remorse. I decided to let it go, I walked away and realized I will not be spending my money there on service. I turned around and canceled the appointment & the cashier seemed pleased with that. I have never felt that experience at a garage & I will not be returning whatsoever to the Auto Center.
