The service at this store has become absolutely unacceptable. Customer service is terrible, staff are untrained, and basic questions about inventory cannot be answered. One employee from the hood is consistently rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful to customers. This is not a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. Management is clearly failing to supervise, train, or hold staff accountable. If this continues, the store will keep losing customers. Immediate action is needed.

This place was great! They installed my battery for me and registered it into my VW so my car would recognize it. Nice people, I will go there again.

11am August 5th. Two registers open, three employees on the floor, two who were counting candy on the candy rack. All were too busy apparently to come to the register and check us out. When I asked for help, I got a “one minute, honey” and the. She continued to count the M&Ms. Waited seven minutes until we gave up and left. Really unbelievable.
