I recently had my Lexus GX460 repaired at Classic Automotive, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. After lending my car to my daughter one evening and a deer jumping out right in front of her, I wasn’t sure who to trust with the repairs. When I called the Lexus dealership in Warrendale, they told me they don’t have an auto body repair shop but highly recommended Classic Automotive. When I asked my Erie Insurance adjustor, he immediately confirmed—saying Erie works with them all the time and trusts them so much that if additional damage is found, the adjustor doesn’t even need to come out because Classic’s word is good enough. That gave me peace of mind right away. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional, and the work on my Lexus was truly exceptional. And let me say this—the place is spotless. No grime, no dirt, just a clean, well-run shop that gives you confidence the moment you walk in. To make things even easier, Enterprise delivered the rental car right to Classic, so I had zero inconvenience. If you’re looking for a repair shop you can absolutely trust—for both quality work and customer service—Classic Automotive is the place. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I recently had my Telluride at Classic Automotive this week to replace a back door, and I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. From setting up the rental car, to the estimate process, to how quickly they were able to get my car in — everything was seamless. When I picked up my car today, it looked like I had just driven it off the Kia lot. They detailed the entire vehicle inside and out, which was such a nice surprise. Throughout the week they kept me updated and stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. They even noticed that my inspection was expired and took care of that while the car was there.
