She quickly realized that it was more efficient to call me to work through the situation rather than attempt it through a chat. Have to give a shout out to the pick up drivers. Our trash cans can often get plowed in overnight and it happened this week of course. I set my alarm early to go down our long drive and make sure they were accessible for pick up. By the time I got my coat on I saw they were not really in the street, I saw them coming to collect. Vogel has the best phone customers service of any utility company I have ever dealt with. Real person picks up every time. Always kind, always knowledgeable and always on point. I chat up almost every rep just because it’s always a nice conversation. I often need bulk pick ups for old furniture and they never miss a pick up, no matter how big or unusual. I would choose Vogel anywhere I lived . I mean that.
