We had an appointment at another Meineke to get windshield wipers replaced. We got a call from the store in the morning that their mechanics were sick, but this location would be able to fit us in. I called this location and despite having a packed schedule, they were able to change the wipers. They did it quickly and efficiently, despite being really busy. This experience makes me want to return in the future (even though it’s not the closest location). They went out of their way to accommodate me and take care of my car. They also have a sign on the door that it is veteran owned. I come from a family of veterans and am happy to support a veteran. I will definitely return and will recommend. I really appreciate their customer service and them helping me out!

Probably the worst experience I had for vehicle service. I needed lights, brakes/rotors and new tires done plus my inspection. I told them I try to fix my lights and if they got it to work, then do the inspection. I was texted at 7am Saturday to them saying my car was going to fail for control arm bushings. When I looked at the picture, it was normal wear. Definitely not broken which is the only way it could fail (I looked it up). When I went to go get my car I was charged over the amount they told me it would be if I got everything done. For tires, brakes and rotors it was $2200. I feel like I was robbed. The paperwork said I declined a whole bunch of extra work they never said anything to me about. Never going here again

Jeff was wonderful to work with! This was our first time at Meineke and could not be more pleased with the service and pricing. They took great care of my daughters Prius. Even though we live in York, we will now be a regular! A warm thank you to Jeff and team!
