I was hit by some jerk trying to cross 22 and wasn’t looking. He t-boned my car. Life lion showed up and the State Police. The police called Motter’s while I was taken to the hospital. I showed up a few days later and the lady in the office was very helpful. She was a temp filling in for someone on vacation. She answered my questions and showed me to what was left of my car. The lot is littered with remnants of car bits and mangled metal masses were everywhere, so I’d recommend wearing closed toe shoes. They worked with my insurance company and was very nice to the adjuster. The office is about half way down the gravel road and the last building on the left. The road is easily missed, so be alert! I hope I’ll never have to use their services again, but I’d use them if I had to again.

This company was horrible . I been driving 27 years and 3 of those years as tow operator. Motters overcharged by more then double cost. A tow should have been less then $2300.00 . Motors charged $5100.00. We told them we wanted to be towed to kenworth in shartlesville , but they ignored the owner and and drove to their shop. I called motters, manager or owner ,and he hung up on me. This company seriously abused drivers by their very unprofessional ethics ,and they should be ashamed. Trump is ashamed of your company.

They told me they mailed letter to my house one month ago and we never received it I going through cancer treatments and they will not do a payment plan for so I have to stop my treatment so I can pay this place. I have record showing they never called and they lied about calling and latter. we did receive letter from IRS and sate cop from them . I called them on phone they told his money is more important than my cancer termination. I see how they work !! liars
